Yard Sign - 23" tall x 21-7/8" wide
Door Sign - 16-7/8" tall x 16" wide
Wood:
Yard Sign - One 24" x 48" piece of 1/2" thick exterior grade plywood, good one or two sides , preferably 5-ply for better stability.
Door Sign - One 16" x 27" piece of 1/2" thick exterior grade plywood, good one or two sides , preferably 5-ply for better stability
Tools:
Table saw, hand held jigsaw (sabre saw) with a non-chipping, scrolling blade, electric drill, 5/32" and 3/8" dia. drill bits and a screwdriver.
Hardware: Required for assembly.
Screws - Two #6 x 3/4" long, flat head (door or wall design).
Two #6 x 3/4" long, flat head (yard design).
Stakes - Two 1/4" dia. x 12" long, steel rods (2 - #YS12).
Clamps - Four 1/4" w/screws (1 pack of #YSC3).
Sawtooth Hanger (optional, for wall displaying) One (#SAWH).
Supplies:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
Sand paper - medium & fine grits
Wood filler - non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint Brushes - 3/4", 1/4" and 2" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush
Jute - 1/8" dia. x length of your choosing
